How many support requests can I submit each month?
You may request up to three 30-minute tasks per month. You can ask us as many questions as you’d like, and if your request is covered by your site management plan, then we’ll take care of it right away. Sometimes we’ll refer you to an article, or just send you a quick answer of our own for times when you have a question. If your support request isn’t covered by your plan, we’re happy to give you an estimate for completing the work you need done, or can quickly upgrade you to a higher plan. In short, send us a note whenever you think we can make your life easier.
What do you mean by 24/7 support?
To keep our support service affordable for all customers, we only manage small/simple requests and tasks. In the case of larger and/or more complex requests, if we determine that a request will take longer than 30 minutes to complete we will let you know if it is considered to be out of scope and provide an estimate of the time and additional cost required to accommodate such jobs and projects.
Are there limits to the support requests you will manage?

How long does it take to complete a typical support request?
We complete tasks on the same or next business day, most within 24 hours. Requests made on weekends and holidays and assigned to our team on the following business day.
Can you support multiple WordPress sites for me?
Sure. However, in order to keep our support plan affordable we can only support one individual site per plan. If you have multiple sites please contact us to discuss a custom plan with bulk discounts. We also welcome agencies looking for an affordable WordPress support solution for their Clients.
How do I pay for your services?
Our services are either one-time (Website set up and design, larger projects, etc.) or recurring (Web hosting, monthly support plans, etc.). You can pay with any major credit card, including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. One you sign up for our subscription services, your credit card will be auto-charged at the same time each month until you decide to cancel or upgrade your plan.
Am I locked into a term contract?
No. Our service is billed using a recurring monthly subscription. There are no contracts to sign, setup fees or cancellation fees. Our customers retain us every month because we’re the #1 provider of WordPress support. We don’t use shady cell phone provider tactics here. We believe in earning your business month after month, and you can cancel your service with us at any time. Although we really hope that doesn’t happen.
Can I change my plan after signup?
Absolutely. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Just contact us anytime you want to change your plan.
What is your refund policy? Is there a money back guarantee?
Yes. Our support service is 100% guaranteed. If you decide to cancel your service within the first 30 days after you sign up we will refund 100% of your support service fee. After the first 30 days you may cancel your subscription at any time and will not be billed for subsequent months.
Do you provide WordPress web hosting?

Do you support other web hosting providers?
Yes. While we recommend using our hosting service for best performance, reliability and security, we’re fine to work with whichever WordPress hosting provider you select. All we’ll need to assist are FTP or SFTP credentials and an WP Admin account with Administrator privileges.
Do you guarantee my site will be secure?
Yes. We guarantee your WordPress site security with all of our web hosting plans. If your site is hacked or compromised we can restore it quickly and then help harden it to prevent any reoccurrence. If you host with another provider, we obviously have more limited ability to resolve security issues, but we are committed to helping you regardless whether the problem is with WordPress, plugins, themes or may be something wrong on your web host server.
Can you help me even if I don't need monthly support?
Absolutely. If you just need help setting up and designing your site we are here to help. If you just need managed WordPress hosting that’s fine too. You are not obligated to use our support service; you can also start, stop or change your support plan at any time. If you need services not provided under our standard pricing and plans we are happy to provide a quote for any project or support need you may have.

What happens if an update to WordPress, a plugin or theme update breaks my Website?
We carefully curate WordPress plugins and themes for our customers. In fact, if you use our hosting service, certain plugins are disallowed for security, compatibility and reliability purposes and will be removed automatically. However, rarely things can go wrong when updates are made. We are committed to solving such issues as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
Do you support non-Wordpress Websites?
Unfortunately, no. We believe that WordPress is the premier open-source content management system (CMS) available for business Websites and Blogs today. More than 20% of all Websites on the Internet today use WordPress. We offer expertise and specialize support services to businesses that use WordPress only.
